$555 Referral Fee Conditions:

Applies to property management contracts with a minimum duration of 1 year

Applies to Single Family Residences with a market rent of $2,200 or more; for properties with a market rent under $2,200, the referral fee is $400.

A referral fee is earned for each new property management client referred by an agent, payable after the first month's rent is received.
We provide one-time tenant placement services for clients who do not require ongoing property management but need thorough tenant screening. Please inquire about our referral commission.
